How We Work

We work in partnership with the government ministries, departments and agencies, the private sector and civil society organisations, especially, community based associations, traditional institutions, faith based groups, academic and research institutions.

We deliver our services and programmes through our partners, volunteers, mentors, and brand ambassadors.  Our major partners include the Federal Ministry of Finance, Central Bank of Nigeria, NIRSAL Microfinance Bank, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (SMEDAN), Industrial Training Fund, Kaduna State Government, and College of Agriculture and Technology, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (Mando Centre).  Others are Bank, Magvoile Vocational Centre, Gishirin Ma’aurata Foundation, Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship, Kaduna Business School, Guaranty Trust Bank, Jaiz Bank, and Taj Bank.

We design our programmes to meet the needs of our target beneficiaries and international best practices as we engaged experts in the planning, designing, implementation and evaluation of our programmes and activities.  We design performance measurement plan that sets realistic and measurable targets to meet our objectives.

We organize outreach activities to assess the impact of our programmes and activities and receive feedbacks from our target beneficiaries or their representatives.

The Uba Sani Foundation believes in the philosophy of “value for money”, in delivering our service, therefore we make sure that every kobo spent adds value to what we do and whom we do it for.  We make sure that what we spend contributes to achieving our goals and Mission.  We present an annual report of our activities and spending for public scrutiny.
